Baccarat

The Baccarat brand has been around since 1871, enjoying a loyal following. Originally made under the watchful eye of Carl Upmann, the brand was relaunched in 1978 and is produced by Caribe in Honduras.

The construction of these handmade cigars are unusal in two ways. First, they have a sweet gum cap that imparts a slightly sweet taste on your lips. Secondly, it is a Honduran cigar that has a mild body when smoked. Most Honduran cigars tend to be more full in body. The filler is a blend of Havana-seed Honduran tobacco; the binder is grown in Mexico; and the wrapper is Honduran.

I found my smoking experience of the Baccarat to be a pleasant, mild and smooth smoke; without being complex in flavor. Moderate in price, the Baccarat is a bargain. It would be good as your everyday smoke, if you like them mild.
